When training a young dog, one of the best investments of your time is learning how to stop a puppy from biting. As cute as puppies can be, biting can become a major problem if not handled carefully. Puppies lose their teeth when they are around 4 months old as their adult teeth come in. This can be slightly painful for puppies and can cause puppy biting problems. So to stop puppy biting, you may just need to be patient until their adult teeth have all come in. Make sure that you are encouraging positive behaviors and discouraging the negative behaviors.
